David Norris began his career with Berem Constructions in Sydney, Australia, working on architecturally detailed, high-end custom homes throughout the Northern Beaches, where he built a reputation for precision, execution, and an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship. He went on to lead full-scale luxury builds and oversee the delivery of bespoke, design-driven residences at the highest level.
Having traveled extensively and experienced some of the finest homes around the world, he brings a global perspective to each project—shaping residences that are both elevated and deeply intentional. After relocating to Florida, he continued in the luxury residential space, partnering with Morgan Custom Homes and later with Wietsma & Lippolis Construction, one of Florida’s premier custom builders
